Our policy is not to post or courier fish as we believe this is not in the best interests of the trade or the livestock. Our fish are delivered to us in heated vans specially designed and used by staff who are expertly trained at delivering live fish!

We do not believe in using the post or couriers who have no aquatic knowledge and where boxes are left in cold warehousing overnight.

At the end of the day we have been Aquarists for over 50 years and place the health and well-being of all our livestock before everything else!! We hope our customers continue to travel to us to hand pick their fish personally!!
